Plan the kitchen around your daily routine
Start with what you want to change. More storage, better lighting, a larger work surface and a different layout can lead to different scopes of work.
Think about what works in your current kitchen and what gets in the way. Before ordering cabinets, review appliance sizes, door openings, storage needs and the locations of plumbing and electrical connections.

What should I send to start?
Tell us your project city and what you want to change. A few photos or plans are helpful if you have them. Budget and timing can be shared when you are ready.
Can I keep the existing layout?
Yes, we can review a remodel that keeps the existing layout. Whether it makes sense depends on the condition of the kitchen and the work you want to include.
Should I choose appliances before cabinets?
Choose the appliance models and confirm their installation requirements before the cabinet order is final. The cabinet layout needs to account for dimensions, clearances and utility connections.
What affects the scope of a kitchen remodel?
Keeping the current layout and moving appliances or plumbing involve different work. Cabinet layout, appliance requirements, lighting, flooring and surface installation also affect the scope. Tell us what you want to keep and what you want to change so we can review the work together.
Who supplies the finish materials?
For TS Construction projects, clients supply finish materials and their delivery unless the signed scope includes an exception. Before ordering, confirm the selections, dimensions and installation requirements with the team. The written estimate should make clear which work is included and which items are separate.
When can you confirm the construction schedule?
The schedule depends on the agreed work, key selections, material availability and any required inspections. We review those details before confirming a start date and construction sequence. An early timing discussion is not a confirmed booking.
